Data Deletion Request
You can ask CALEN AI to delete the personal data we hold about you at any time.
This applies to any personal data we hold about you, including data we receive when you use CALEN AI services through Meta platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Messenger or WhatsApp. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
How to request deletion
Fill in the form below, or email support@calen.ai with the subject "Data deletion request". Tell us the name, email, phone number or social profile you used with us so we can find your data.

Keep this code. We will reply to and complete the deletion within 30 days.
To follow up, email support@calen.ai and quote your reference code.
What happens next
- Your request is sent to our team with a reference code.
- We may contact you to confirm your identity before deleting anything.
- We delete your personal data within 30 days and confirm by email. If the law requires us to keep some of it, we tell you what we keep and why.
Remove CALEN AI from your Facebook account
You can also stop sharing data with us from your Facebook settings:
- Open Facebook and go to Settings & privacy, then Settings.
- Open Apps and websites.
- Find CALEN AI and select Remove.
Removing the app stops further sharing. To delete data we already hold, send us a deletion request as described above.
